Intuitive therapy is a holistic approach to health and wellness that involves therapeutic massage techniques combined with other modalities of healing to facilitate the release of energy blockages. More uniquely, the energy blockages are located by the intuitive ability of the therapist.

Intuitive therapy encompasses a wide variety of holistic modalities, including but not limited to different massage modalities such as Swedish or deep tissue combined with forms or energy work such as polarity work or reiki, stretching, acupressure or trigger point work, Chakra clearing, sound therapy, aromatherapy, meditation, visualization and verbal communication which is intuitively led.
This polarity therapy treatment focuses on identifying unbalanced chakras, clearing the imbalance and rebalancing the chakras by realigning the flow of energy. Polarity Therapy is a type of bodywork which is focused on the energy fields of the body, rather than the physical body itself. This type of body work is also called energy work, because the practitioner attempts to adjust the skewed energy fields of the body and bring them into balance.

The scalp is full of nerves close to the surface of the skin. Massaging the scalp relaxes the nervous system by stimulating these nerve endings. Scalp massage simply involves applying pressure underneath the hair directly onto the scalp to help stimulate blood flow and promote relaxation. Benefits of scalp massage include reduction of muscle tension, promotion of hair growth and health, natural relief from migraines and headaches as well as helping to balance the nervous system.

Facial massage helps promote healthy skin while relaxing your facial muscles. It has a relaxing and rejuvenating effect, helping you look and feel better. The daily stretch service is a mobile service where the therapist comes to you and walks you through a the stretch routine. The services offered morning, midday and evening. A morning stretch prepares the muscles for the days activities. A midday stretch rejuvenates and restores stiff, tired and sore muscles. An evening stretch relaxes the body preparing it for a good nights rest.
The Daily Walk is a mobile service that comes to you and walks with you in your home neighborhood, workplace or community.
Sometimes we do not like to walk alone and want somebody to walk with us just to keep us company, to have a good stimulating conversation with or to keep us safe because walking alone is not always in one’s best interest, however sometimes we wish to have somebody there but our friends and family are simply too busy or disinterested. Having a walking companion has so many benefits physically, mentally, emotionally and even spiritually!
In my personal life I have found that many people simply do not walk because they do not have someone to walk with. However, the benefits of walking are tremendous, therefore this service is being offered to anyone in need of a walking partner. Studies show that a minimum of 20 minutes of daily exercise is essential to one’s well-being and if the lack of another’s availability is preventing you from getting that, I am here to help. I love walking and I love taking care of people so it would be my pleasure to go for a walk with you and a group of like-minded people seeking to make friendships and create bonds through self-care all while striving to improve one’s health and help inspire others to do the same.
Each weekly walk will be held on Saturday mornings at 10:00 am and will be held at a different location each time. Locations will include but are not limited to places such as a recommended or suggested neighborhood, walking paths, nature trails, parks, beaches or even indoor malls when weather is unfavorable. All walks have a 5 minute warm up and a 5 minute cool down included.

The Weekly Group Stretch is a mobile service where the therapist comes to you and walks you through a the stretch routine at a predetermined destination, being held at a different destination every week.

However sometimes when we wish to have somebody there, our friends and family are simply too busy or disinterested. Having a workout partner, or in this case PARTNERS, has so many benefits physically, mentally, emotionally and even spiritually!
In my personal life I have found that many people simply do not take the time to stretch because they do not have someone to stretch with. However, the benefits of stretching are tremendous, therefore this service is being offered to anyone in need of a stretching partner but who is also seeking to meet new people. Studies show that stretching daily is beneficial and if the lack of another’s availability is preventing you from the benefits of stretching, I am here to help. I love stretching and I love taking care of people so it would be my pleasure to do my daily stretch routine with you and a group of like-minded people seeking to make friendships and create bonds through self-care all while striving to improve one’s health and helping inspire others to do the same.

Please note that this is a group activity.
When weather permits, clients meet up at the chosen beach in the parking lot for a day of self-care, self-love, companionship and the beauty of the nature that surrounds us.
This service begins with be a 30 minute meet and greet where we can socialize and get to know one another. The service will continue with a 30 minute healing visualization meditation on the beach. When the meditation is complete, there will be a 45 minute group stretch, a 1 hour group walk along the coastline and we will finish the session off with a 20 minute group Reiki treatment. When the session is complete, clients are welcome to stay and have lunch together on the beach or in one of the local restaurants.
